The Superpromoter Academy is a two-day training focused on customer and employee enthusiasm. The program covers the following key elements:

- How departments can collaborate more effectively to serve the customer
- The difference between satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy
- The importance of superpromoters—and how to identify, understand, and support them
- How to use customer metrics, such as NPS, to drive improvement, motivate employees, and spark customer enthusiasm
- The role social media can play in spreading enthusiasm
I have delivered the Superpromoter Academy in many countries and across a wide range of organizations. Today, the training is offered exclusively in-house as a two-day consecutive program. Individuals can enroll in separate one-day trainings focused on customer and employee enthusiasm.
In-house, I have delivered this training for organizations including SNS, NUON, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Nationale Nederlanden, KPN, Samsung, DTG, Janssen en de Jong, and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Internationally, the Superpromoter Academy has been delivered regularly in countries such as Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Hong Kong.
