Coaching & Guidance

You’ve lost your enthusiasm, or you notice your energy slowly draining away. You’re running on half power, lacking direction, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way. Maybe you’re experiencing stress, or not enough challenge. You’re stuck, or you’ve lost the overview. You want change, but where do you start?

More energy, meaning and direction

In addition to being a speaker, writer, and researcher, Rijn Vogelaar also works as a psychologist and coach. He works with executives, athletes, artists, and other high achievers who feel stuck, want to regain their energy, or aim to further strengthen their performance. His background in social psychology and sport psychology, combined with scientific research into positive emotions, provides his coaching with a strong theoretical foundation. He has worked in both profit and non-profit organizations, as well as in academia. As a former CEO, athlete, and international speaker, he understands what it means to perform under pressure and to rely on yourself.

“In our conversations, we look for what is holding you back and what truly drives you. Towards more energy, meaning and direction”
