When enthusiasm is experienced and shared in a genuine way, it creates a powerful dynamic between leaders, teams, and their environment. People perform better, take initiative more often, and feel more strongly connected.

Scientific research shows that enthusiasm is the active ingredient of charisma. Leaders who visibly and authentically express enthusiasm are perceived as more charismatic and often act as the driving force behind positive change.

During the training, the latest scientific insights on enthusiasm and charisma are explored (see blog). In addition, together with other participants in leadership roles, you will examine where your enthusiasm comes from, how to sustain it, and how it can spread. Special attention is given to recognizing and igniting enthusiasm in others.

Because the training takes place in a small group of leaders, there is ample opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences and perspectives.
